Foundation options

Zero vat pricing applies to all set models. These are constructed to comply with BS3632 mobile & UK regulations.

LABC approved piling* base can be installed prior to delvery of the panels and cassettes. Subject to testing.

The base is a 225 x 45 treated C24 timber frame, 9mm OSB3 bottom tray, 100mm EPS insulation and 22mm Kaberdeck sub floor.

(A)Pricing is for this installation as a zero vat build.

(B) If you wish to install on a concrete foundation, the build is no longer classed under BS3632 and vat is applied.
